崗位名稱(chēng)：維修技術(shù)員-電氣 Position Title : Maintenance technician - Electric 工作地點(diǎn)：江蘇 江陰 Base in : Jiangsu Jiangyin 主要職責(zé) Main responsibility： 1.Reduce the equipment downtime, technical support to maintenance technician. 降低設(shè)備的停機(jī)時(shí)間，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修技術(shù)員的技術(shù)支持 2.Understand and use maintenance records to establish and improve the standardization of equipment maintenance. 理解和使用維修記錄來(lái)建立和改善設(shè)備維護(hù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化 3.Keep the spare parts in control, define the standard technical and safety stock. Buy new spare parts and replenish used parts. 保證備件的可控性，制定備件的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及安全庫(kù)存，采購(gòu)新的備件及消耗的備件補(bǔ)庫(kù) 4.Understand the maintenance KPl, analysis and shoot the root cause for KPI failure. 理解維修的 KPI 水平，以及分析造成 KPI 不達(dá)標(biāo)的根本原因，并且消除 5.Understand the manufacturing process, and have the ability to debug all the production equipment. 理解制造工藝流程，并有能力調(diào)試車(chē)間生產(chǎn)設(shè)備 6.Be familiar with grinding maintenance, such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic. 熟悉磨削設(shè)備的維修，例如機(jī)械、電氣、氣壓、液壓等故障的維修 7.Cooperate with equipment supplier for new machine installation. 協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行新設(shè)備的安裝工作 8.Cooperate with related departments to continue to improve. 與相關(guān)部門(mén)合作進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善 9.Maintain and update the maintenance documents. 維護(hù)并更新維修文檔 10.Solve and record troubleshooting documents for troubleshooting. 解決并記錄故障解決文檔 11.Support the new machine release job. 參與設(shè)備的預(yù)驗(yàn)收與終驗(yàn)收工作 12.Be familiar with TPM. 熟悉設(shè)備 TPM 活動(dòng) 13. Other jobs arranged by your superior. 完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作 任職要求 Qualification; 1.Education & Major 學(xué)歷與專(zhuān)業(yè) Mechanical, electrical and related education background. Junior college degree or above. 具有機(jī)械、電氣及相關(guān)的教育背景，大專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)位 2.Language 語(yǔ)言 Normal communication in English in advance 英文能正常交流更佳 3.Total working experience 整體工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) With 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair, grinding machine & automatic Ass. Line ,maintenance experence in advance. 具有5年以上的設(shè)備維護(hù)與維修相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備磨削維修/自動(dòng)化裝配線經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳 4.Specific knowledge 特殊技能知識(shí) Familiar with PLC for equipment debugging, be familiar with PLC programming. 熟練使用 PLC 進(jìn)行設(shè)備調(diào)試，熟悉 PLC 編程 5.Familiar with CAD/Inventor or other 3D/2D drawing software. 熟練使用 CAD/Inventor 或者其他相關(guān) 3D/2D 繪圖軟件 其他Others 1.Good behavior. 良好的工作態(tài)度。 2.Good team work spirit 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
